Shin guards are required by all players.

Cleats are not required but recommended.

Games consist of two 30 minute halves.

Games will be played with 6 players and a goalie on each team.

All games are required to start on time, as displayed on the schedule.

Games starting late will be cut short.

If a team does not have the required number of players by 15 minutes after the scheduled game time, they forfeit.

When playing a team that does not have enough players, the opponent may play with only one more player or choose to have an equal number of players.  The team with insufficient players may utilize players from other teams within the league as substitutes.  There are no make-up games.
